Service request privacy

When you submit a request, Uncle Sam's Electric collects your name, phone number, optional email, city or ZIP code, and job description to respond to your inquiry and coordinate electrical work.

We also save the page where you submitted the request and campaign information included in its link, to understand which pages bring inquiries. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily to limit spam.

Requests are stored with Supabase and may be sent to our team using Resend. Access to the lead dashboard is limited to authorized administrators. Your request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the form. To ask about your information or request its deletion, contact dispatch@unclesamselectric.com.

If you choose our separate Jobber booking portal, information submitted there is handled through that service.
